On todays visit, I inspected and treated the interior of your school. The prep sheet was not yet on the account, so we can treat next time according to the prep sheet. I began by applying roach gel bait around kitchen counters, under sinks and to hinges of cabinets to allow roaches to feed and infect one another. I then applied a liquid application to baseboards of the food areas and also the bathrooms. I then placed glue boards throughout the school to monitor for activity. It is very important to leave the glue boards until our next visit; this way, we can identify the activity and use products accordingly. It is also important to not use any household products; which will interfere with our treatment. Please allow 2 to 3 hour dry time and 10 to 14 days for treatment to reach full effect. Good afternoon, David Today I was out to complete your initial premium plus pest control service. I started by installing termite monitors. One for each corner of the home. Will inspect these on each visit. I also treated all interior baseboards in the basement and first floor for ants and all general insects. I left some ant bait stations for future use. On the exterior, I did a full inspection of the property happy to report that I did not find any issues outside of a possible rodent entry point in your HVAC system. I sealed that up with copper mesh. I recommend going over the mesh with a spray foam to help lock it in place. I also removed all visible webbing from the property. I applied a liquid treatment to the entire exterior foundation, including all door, trim window, trim, and cracks and crevices.
